Assessment of seniority for absence quota
Use
Method of continued pay based essentially on the condition of seniority expressed in months.
Dependencies
Seniority is calculated on the basis of the following criteria:
- Start of absence in case of prolongation, or
- Start of the first absence displayed in the Absences infotype (2001).
Example
The first absence entered is from July 6 to August 5. This absence is prolonged counting from August 6 to August 20.
Specific indicators for absence processing (from August 6 to August 20) used to calculate absence entitlement:
- ' ' : the start of the absence is August 6
- "X" - the start of the initial absence is July 2 - corresponds to the date displayed in the Absences infotype (2001)
