L'ancienneté cible est l'ancienneté dans l'échelon qu'occupera l'agent s'il est promu.
Verwendung
Lors de l'avancement de grade, l'ancienneté cible correspond au reliquat d'ancienneté dans le nouveau grade. Celle-ci est toujours limitée à la durée moyenne de l'échelon du nouveau grade.
