Definition
This involves assigning an employee to a section for the labor relations board election when this section is not indicated for this employee in the infotype 0217.
- If you do not mark this checkbox, the FSECT characteristic designates the employee as being assigned to the staff section.
- If you mark this checkbox, the characteristic will not be used and the principal activity of the establishment will determine the section to which the employee is assigned. The employee will thus not be able to vote in the staff section.
