Documentation
Definition
This template shows all the employee and/or employer contributions calculated on the employee remuneration.
The template is defined in accordance with the personnel area and subarea to which the employee belongs and with their category and status.
It thus defines a succession of agencies with their corresponding contributions.
Use
The expense template contains between one and four expense subtemplates:
- the subtemplate for the social insurance plan
- the subtemplate for the unemployment insurance plan
- the subtemplate for the retirement pension plan
- and a subtemplate for other plans.
The latter corresponds to the expense template that existed before the creation of the expense subtemplates. If you want your system to continue to function with a single expense template, only fill in this subtemplate for the other plans.
Note:
The order in which contributions are entered is important in terms of calculation performances. In effect, if certain contributions are calculated in accordance with other contributions, performances are improved if the first contributions are placed after the calculation of the second contributions. It is not compulsory to group them by collector agencies or by contribution assessment basis.
Dependencies
The characteristic 06FCO enables you to define the expense templates that appear by default in the infotype Social Insurance France (0064).
