This date allows you to read the payroll clusters for the specified period in order to generate an accrual DUCS.

Dependencies
No delta is generated when the retrocalculation generates no differences between the original declaration and the new declaration.
Example
You must produce an accrual declaration for January in the month of May. Enter May as the accrual date.
