Definition

This zone is used to indicate how the distribution of non-distributed sums should be performed.
The options are as follows:

• proportional distribution to the employee,
• distribution on the basis of the presence time of the employee in the company,
• uniform distribution.

Example

Several employees have exceeded the receipt threshold, and 5,000 euros originating from the special profit-sharing reserve have not been distributed.
This sum may be distributed amongst the employees that have not attained the receipt threshold.
This sum can be distributed as follows:

• 50% in proportion to the salaries to the employees,
• 45% in proportion to the presence days during the fiscal year and
• 5% uniformly amoungst the beneficiary employees.
