Use

Mark this checkbox to force the extension explicitly. The system automatically detects an extension once the case numbers for the infotypes 0424 are identical. However, if for example public holidays occur between non-productive time and successive interruptions, you must force the extension by marking this checkbox.

Dependencies

The grace period applies to the first non-productive time. The reference period corresponds to the reference period for the first Non-productive time (0424) entered. From that moment, the employee is entitled to increased SISPs calculated on the basis of the initial interruption.
