Definition

With each new work stoppage, the number of days already compensated by the employer for continued pay are posted throughout a reference period referred to as the Rolling Payroll Period for absence quotas.

This period may concern:

• the calendar year
• the last 12 calendar months
• a deduction applicable from the last anniversary of the employee's date of entry into the company.
  Example: if the date of entry is 01.02.1993, the deduction applies from 01.02 in the year preceding the absence period.
• the last 4 years (only used in the public sector)
• total global career (only used in the public sector)
• the last 12 calendar months preceding the last anniversary of the start of the sickness. This option allows the user to reset the number of days already compensated. In this way, after a 1-year sickness period, the employee has his/her entitlements renewed. These entitlements depend on his/her seniority at the time of this anniversary.
