Documentation
Definition
This code identifies an absence quota compensation tranche.
Legal guarantees of compensation for employees during non-productive time require the payment of compensation equivalent to a percentage of their wage. Since this percentage depends on the duration of the absence, there is more than one compensation tranche.
Use
Enter the absence quotas for which the wage is not entirely maintained.
In this case, the absences deducted from these quotas will be posted as days that have not been fully paid in column 4 of frame 7.2.
If you leave this field empty, only grace period days and non-compensated days will be posted as days that have not been fully paid in column 4 of frame 7.2.
Example
For a sick employee, compensation is paid
- at the rate of 90% for a period of 30 days (following a grace period of 10 days)
- at the rate of 66.66% for a second period of 30 days.
This field may have the following values:
- M1 to identify the first period, compensated at 90%.
- M2 to identify the second period, compensated at 66%.
