In record 130 of the TDS service specifications corresponding to "Rating for industrial accidents", the report uses the value entered in this field to conduct groupings of the following:

• staff (fields 20 to 23, 37 to 40, 55 to 58, 73 to 76 and 92 to 95)
• yearly staff average (fields 24, 41, 59, 77 and 96)
• total working hours effectively accomplished over the year by employees (fields 26, 43, 61, 79 and 98)

These groupings are conducted for each Risk Code and Rate for Industrial Accidents (IA) entered for each company.
