Concerns the length of service in days within the company or group required by the agreements so that an employee might have a right to profit-sharing. The notion of length of service corresponds to the total duration of the employee's legal employment within the company. The length of service required may not exceed 3 months and is evaluated during the calculation period and the twelve months that precede it.
Example: In the example of an agreement requiring 3 months of employment, the employees hired after October 1 in year N have no right to the profit- sharing calculated for the profit of N. However employees with a work contract terminated during year N may benefit from profit-sharing if they fulfilled the length of service condition at the moment of their departure.
