Definition
This concerns the rate to be applied to the remuneration level in order to determine the fraction of the salary to which the garnishment relates. This rate varies depending on the remuneration level concerned.
It is used by the payroll programme.
The rate of 05,00 thus corresponds to 5%, or 1/20th of the salary for the first remuneration level (official scale in Metropolitan France on 31/12/2000).
