Documentation
Definition
A case number is attributed for certain types of absence. If this field is activated and the case numbers are identical for two absences, the same quota will be deducted. Two absences of the same type are thus linked during the valuation of the salary continuity.
Use
This field is intended for the public sector and can only be used in the
'public sector' solution.
Example
Absence from 03.09.1998 to 30.09.1998 i.e. 28 calendar days
Case no.: 01
absence type: illness
Absence from 10.10.1998 to 15.10.1998 i.e. 6 calendar days
Case no.: 01
absence type: illness
In this case, the total of the two absence periods is to be taken into account for management of the salary continuity, i.e. 34 days.
