Use

An amount is calculated on the basis of the following formula:

Amount = another amount originating from a previous calculation * coefficient * value of a constant (at a given date) * field value of a wage type.

In this formula, only the relevant elements are taken into account.

If a constant is used in the calculation, the validity date used to find the constant in table T511K must be entered here.

The possible values of the validity date are delivered as standard by SAP. These are:

• 'J' : Constant valid on January 1 of the year considered
• 'P' : Constant valid for the payroll period considered

Example

The value of the constant may be the value of the guaranteed minimum wage, this is to be taken into account on January 1 of each year. This value must then be found in table T511K using this validity date.
