Criteria used to detect the surcharge to be applied to the CDD in the framework of the law on Securing employment applicable from the 1st July 2013.
Use
The values which trigger a surcharge are as follows:
- 3% for a CDD lasting under a month
- 1.5% for a CDD lasting between one and three months
