Definition
The employer can refrain from his legal obligation to employ challenged persons by employing workers from one of the following categories:

- industrial accident victims (or work-related sickness victims under certain conditions);
- invalidity pension holders enrolled in a mandatory social insurance protection plan;
- Former military personnel and similar categories benefitting from a military invalidity pension;
- under certain conditions, war widows and orphans and victims of acts of terrorism;
- holders of an invalidity grant or annuity for volunteer firemen.
