Definition
Corresponds to the date of the first bonus/allowance payment which is expressed by specifying the number of months that are to be taken into consideration up to this date.
The formula to retrieve the value to be entered in this attribute is:
- AUSZL = Month of payment - Start (1st column of the view) + 1 + 12 x i
i = 0 if paid in the same year, 1 if paid the following year etc.
Example
The employee benefits from an exceptional bonus between July 2012 and September 2012. The first bonus payment is made in October 2012:
Start Duration Payment I
7 3 4
- Start: 7 Corresponds to the start (month) of the period for which the bonus is granted.
- Duration: 3 Corresponds to the duration of the bonus
- Payment I: 4 Corresponds to the duration (in months) until bonus payment, including the month in which the payment is made.
The employee benefits from an exceptional bonus between the 1st of June 2012 and the 31st of May 2013. The first payment is made on 1st of June 2013. The values are as follows:
Start Duration Payment I
6 12 13
- Start: 6 as the start of the exceptional payment reference period over the period considered is June 2012 and the first payment is made in June 2013.
- Duration: 12 as the start of the exceptional payment reference period over the period considered is in June 2012 and the first payment is made in June 2013.
- Payment I: 13 as the start of the exceptional payment reference period is in June 2012 and the first payment is made in June 2013.
In the case of a payment discrepancy, it is important to consider the start month, and not the payroll periods.
Example:
The employee has an exceptional bonus from July 2012 (payroll period 08) to September 2012 (payroll period 10). The first bonus installmement is paid in October 2012 (payroll period 11):
- Start: 7 Corresponds to the start (month) of the period for which the bonus has been granted
- Duration: 3 Corresponds to the duration of the bonus
- Payment I: 4 Corresponds to the duration specified in months until payment of the bonus, from June 2012 to May 2013. The first installment is paid in June 2013. The values are therefore as follows:
Start Duration Payment I
6 12 13
