Definition
Registers choices that do not require approval when the report is executed.
Use
You select this radio button to register the selected choices directly, that is, without approval.
Choices that do not require approval satisfy the following criteria:
- Employee choices that are selected have corresponding Flexible Benefits (NL) (0897) infotype records with a status of chosen
- The benefit plan that corresponds to the employee choice does not require approval
If this radio button is selected, the report registers choices as follows:
- Choices that do not require approval are registered. Registration changes the status of these infotype records to registered
- Choices that require approval are not registered and their status remains unchanged
In all cases, you should check the report output to determine the success of the registration. Registration details (what choices were registered and not registered) are available in the report output. Note that selection of this option does not guarantee that choices are registered. Only choices that do not require approval can be registered. Choices that require approval remain unchanged and require approval before registration.
Dependencies
If you select this option, it is possible to generate the report in batch mode.
If you select this option, you are not able to select the All radio button.
