Definition

Specifies the type of notification provided to the social insurance authorities (UWV) or Arbodienst. Notifications can be related to WAZO, illness, or to a master data change for an employee (for example, a name change).

Use

You use this field to indicate the nature of the notification made to the social insurance authorities or Arbodienst. The selection of a notification type determines what fields are available for data entry and what data is reported.

Note that master data changes are primarily recorded for employer and Arbodienst purposes only. The social insurance authorities do not require that master data changes are reported.
