Indicates whether the temporary worker's work relationship exceeded the time period permitted (duur AOVK langer dan toegestane periode).

Use

You select Yes if the temporary worker meets the following criteria:

• If the temporary worker had a fixed-term contract, and the temporary worker was ill at the end of this contract
• If the worker's work relationship exceeded the time period permitted by the social insurance authorities, that is, that the work relationship exceeded 36 months or the work relationship exceeded the period defined in the corresponding collective agreement (CAO)
