Use

You select Yes if the employee satisfies all of the following criteria:

• If the employee is a temporary worker and
• If the interval between call periods or other periods according to employment agreements is less than 3 months or
• If the interval between call periods or other periods according to employment agreements is less than the period agreed in the CAO.
