Documentation
Definition
Defines the earliest date as of which data and concatenated absences are taken into account for the Electronic Notifications of Illness and Recovery.
Use
You can use this date to restrict the Absences (2001) infotype records that you select for checking. If you do not make any entry, the date 01.01.2010 is used.
For performance reasons (especially if you use positive time management), you should not run the report for all existing absence records (also regarding concatenated illnesses). Instead, we recommend you to select only the last year or the last two years.
If you choose to delete the date that the system proposes, the report selects all absences as of 01.01.1800. If you really want to select all these absences, you have to make the settings in Customizing as of this date (01.01.1800).
