Definition
In this field you enter the allowance the employee gets for the hours he or she is absent on account of paid parental leave. You can enter the allowance per week or per payroll period, depending on the unit chosen. If it is more practical to determine the allowance during the payroll run, you can leave this field empty, in which case you must fill wage types /44M and /44O in the payroll immediately after executing function P0303.
