Definition

This parameter specifies the year and the sequence number, month/period/quarter of that year, to which the data is applicable.

For quarterly returns you must first define the period parameter as well as the payroll area and periods, even if you do not have a quarterly payroll run. For further information, please refer to Payroll Organization in the Implementation Guide under Payroll NL.

Example

The report for the period 01.01.2003 to 31.01.2003 is generated for the reporting period 200301 with monthly delivery frequency.

The report for the period 01.01.2003 to 31.03.2003 is generated for the reporting period 200301 with quarterly delivery frequency.
