Definition
In this field you enter the number of hours for which the employee gets paid parental leave. You can enter the hours per week or per payroll period, depending on the unit chosen. If it is more practical to determine the hours during the payroll run, you can leave this field empty, in which case you must fill wage types /44L and /44N in the payroll immediately after executing function P0303.
