Definition
Indicates that the employee is excluded from the transitional rule for the premium exemption for elderly employees.
Use
You select this checkbox if the employee is excluded from the transitional rule.
The transitional rule applies to employees for whom the old premium exemption was valid before January 01, 2009.
Dependencies
This checkbox is automatically selected if the SI Reduction Hiring Elderly Employee checkbox is selected.
