Definition

This is the code used for the type of reduction under the terms of the 30% rule applicable to employees posted to the Netherlands from abroad.

The amount granted is calculated as 30/70 of the basic compensatory allowance (also referred to as premium transfer allowance) [OT] and paid out as a net sum.

The following codes determine the amount deducted from:

  • Code 01:
    SI contributions, the basic amount for compensatory allowance [basis OT] and the basic wage tax amount [basis loonheffing] (invalid as of Juli, 1st 2012)
  • Code 02:
    The basic amount for compensatory allowance and the basic wage tax amount (invalid as of Juli, 1st 2012)
  • Code 03:
    SI contributions, the basic amount for compensatory allowance and the basic wage tax amount. This regulation benefits the employer (invalid as of Juli, 1st 2012).
  • Code 04:
    Basic amount for compensatory allowance and the basic wage tax amount. This regulation benefits the employer (invalid as of Juli, 1st 2012).
  • Code 05:
    SI contributions and basic wage tax amount, specifically for wage types having to do with extraterritorial costs.
  • Code 06:
    SI contributions and basic wage tax amount, with benefit to the employer.
