Definition
This field determines the method used to calculate the number of days
relevant for social insurance (SI days).
Example
- Use of average (indicator 0)
- Use of actual number of days worked (indicator 1)
- Number of SI days is 0 (indicator 2). This is applicable to, among others, unpaid leave.
- Use of theoretical number of workdays on a full-time basis (indicator 3).
Indicator 2 is applicable to unpaid leave. Indicator 3 should be used if the employee receives a (partial) disability benefit [WAO-uitkering].
Dependencies
This field is automatically filled with a default value, which is determined by means of feature NLSVD. This value can be overwritten.
