Definition
This is the start date of the premium reduction for hiring elderly employees. Normally, this should be equal to the hire date. In case it is not possible to run the payroll for the month of hiring in the month of hiring, it is not allowed to collect the reduction retroactively. In such situation, the start date should be set to the first day of the month for which normal calculation is possible.
