Definition
The program selects wage types if the difference between the value of the current period and the value of the previous period is larger than the specified percentage. There are two possible selection methods:
- Evaluate differences on individual employee level
- Evaluate differences on total group level
These radio buttons enable you to choose between the two selection methods.
If you choose evaluation on employee level, the program displays all selected wage types, which have a larger difference percentage than the percentage specified, for at least one employee.
If you choose total level, the program displays only the selected wage types for which the difference percentage for the selected group as a whole is larger than the specified percentage.
Additional Information
If you choose selection on employee level, a list appears with employees who have a difference, which is larger than the specified percentage. With the button "All Employees with Differences" you can call up a list of all persons who have a difference in the specified wage type (the size of the difference is not relevant for the display).
