Definition
The representing legal person (REPER) is an internal agency. This may be a personnel area, division or department, but it could also be a whole company. This is partially dependent on the type of external agency.
Examples:
a) Only one (contractual) relationship exists between your company and the tax authority. This means that you only need one representing legal person for the tax authority. The repesenting legal person is directly linked to a legal person (LEPER).
b) One (contractual) relationship exists between your company and the executive authorities (GAK, Cadans, etc.) for each division in your company. You will need a representing legal person for each company division. The representing legal person is linked to a company division.
c) Several contracts exist with pension funds for various company employee groups. In this case, the representing legal person represents a group of employees in a company with the same pension scheme.
As all these relationships can co-exist it is possible to group all the representing legal persons.
