The legal person report is the group of organizations for which a notification is submitted in this report. These are usually withholding agencies who employ personnel. All persons employed by one of these lepers are included in the report, although employees are listed by leper in the report.
The field is used to select those persons for whom a report must be submitted. The field is also used to fill the withholding agent records. At least two entries must be included in table T5N9A for all lepers listed, as name and address are read from this table with type = 05 (Leper address data) and the registration number with type = 01 (for delivery to the GAK or Cadans), type = 2 (for delivery to the tax authorities) or type = 03 (for delivery to the pension funds). In addition, the SI group of the employee (Infotype 0059) must be linked in table T5N10 to the authority used to read table T5N9A.
