Definition
To calculate contributions, the periodic pensionable salary is coverted to an annual salary. Increment percentages are used to increase the annual salary, for example, to include vacation allowance. If a maxumum vacation allowance is applicable, then you can include this maximum in the increment calculation through this field.
Note:
Maximum Increment 1 is applicable to Increment Percentage 1 and
Maximum Increment 2 is applicable to Increment Percentages 2, 3 and 4. For a more detailed explanation on the different calculation methods for increments 1, 2, 3 and 4 please refer to the the increment percentages.
