Documentation
Definition
Indicates the situation that initiates the associated MoMi task (for example, expiration of a work permit).
Use
A trigger is one of the main attributes of a MoMi task. Triggers include the following:
- Hire date, requires that action be taken within a specified period of hiring an employee
- Fire date, requires that action be taken within a specified period of firing an employee
- Residence permit record expiring (IT0048), requires that action be taken a specified period before an employee's residence permit expires
- Employment verification expiring (IT0094), requires that action be taken a specified period before an employee's work permit expires
- Wage type in IT0014 record expiring, indicates that one of the MoMi-specific wage types registered in the Recurring Payments/Deductions (0014) infotype (and that is valid for one year) will not be valid within a specified period
- Working time change (IT0007), indicates that data relating to an employee's work agreement has been changed
Note: When using a trigger that involves a wage type expiring, you must indicate which wage type is relevant.
Note: If a customer-specific routine is used (value 99), then a class name and method must be specified. In these cases, a wage type is optional.
Dependencies
The field values are defined via a corresponding method in class CL_HR_NL_MOMI_SIGNALS. For every trigger, a method with name GET_DUE_DATE_<XX> exists, where <XX> is the trigger number.
