Definition

This is where you enter the wage type to which to write the part-time percentage used for this pension scheme. This may be an SAP wage type, e.g. /37D 'Part-time Percentage Infotype 7', /37E 'Part-time Percentage Infotype 8', or /37F 'Part-time Percentage Infotype 110', or a wage type defined by the customer. If you enter wage type /37F it is important to know that it will be filled with the percentage of the first pension scheme that is read and valid on the last day of the payroll. If you want the percentage to be used that has been filled in infotype Pensions NL (0110) specifically for this pension scheme, do not fill this field.

Note:

  • If one of the above three SAP wage types is used, also activate function NPS01 in the schema.
  • If cumulative retroactive calculation is applicable, it is advisable to use a self-defined wage type for the part-time percentage for this pension scheme (copy the SAP wage type and in the schema copy the value of the SAP wage type to your own wage type). This is necessary, as sometimes the wage type with the part-time percentage is deleted during pension calculation.
