Definition
The submitting (representing) legal person is the organization that submits the report to the receiving authority (e.g. the CBS [Statistics Netherlands], the tax authority, GAK or Cadans). The submitting representing legal person may be an independent company or a division of your own company.
The field is used to enter sender data (such as name, address and registration number) in the relevant header record. The F4 help function only displays those representing legal persons that can act as representatives for this report on behalf of your company (i.e.: the right type for this report).
