Definition
Use this field to indicate per legal person whether you are a self-insurer for the purposes of the Return to Work (Partially Disabled) Regulations (WGA) and/or the Invalidity Insurance Act (WAO). This means that you bear the risk yourself for (partial) disability of your employee or that you insure this privately, and/or that you pay the WAO basic contribution, but not the differentiated contribution.
