Documentation
Definition
Indicates whether the employee is participating in a Recognition of Obtained Competencies (EVC) procedure and that the employer is reimbursing the costs incurred. In these cases, the employer is entitled to a one-time payment reduction for the EVC procedure.
Use
You select this checkbox if the employee is participating in an EVC procedure, the costs of which are being reimbursed by the employer.
Dependencies
If this checkbox is selected, the associated payment reduction is processed in payroll using function NAK00, which generates wage type /44Y to record the corresponding payment reduction.
