Indicates that the Compensation Regulation 55+ (compensatieregeling) applies to this employee.

Use

You can select this checkbox only if all of the following criteria apply for the employee:

• The employee was born before July 8, 1954
• The employee was hired after July 8, 2009
• The employee has not been employed in your company for more than five years. This is determined according to the start date of the Wage Return (0808) infotype record.
• The employee is not older than 65 years. This is determined according to the start date of the Wage Return (0808) infotype record.

Dependencies

Employees that are subject to the compensation regulation are reported to the tax authority using the Notifications of Sickness and Recovery (RPTZKMN2) report. In these cases, the employee data is only reported if the Safety-Net Benefits and No-Risk Policy fields have not been specified in the Wage Return (0808) infotype.
