Definition
Corporate groups that consist of more than one legal person can request to be regarded as a cohesive group.
This helps to simplify processes and/or offer advantages within a corporate group.
If the tax office has issued the corresponding declaration, and, for example, two legal persons belong to one group, you can enter in this field the code of this group. This setting affects the following:
As of January 1, 2006, as part of the Save-As-You-Earn scheme, it is no longer necessary to suspend saving when changing employer within a corporate group.
Since January 1, 2007, as part of the Day-one Announcement (EDM), it is not necessary to submit an EDM when changing employer within a corporate group.
As of January 1, 2011, as part of the calculation of the annual salary for special tax rate (with the Batch Input Session for Initializing Fiscal Data (0060) Infotype (RPIBBLN0) report). In this case, the taxable wage and the number of active periods of two legal persons that belong to the same concern are considered together.
