Use
Select this field to indicate whether or not an FDF file needs to be created. This file is used to write the data received from the tax authorities in PDF format to the tax authority form.
Dependencies
One file is created for each legal person. The default value displayed for the path is 'C:\temp\'. The file name is made up of the registration number of the legal person at the tax authority and the return period.

This is where you can indicate whether you also wish to use the following selection criteria parameters for the logical database PNP when selecting retroactive notifications:
- Personnel Number (PERNR)
- Employment Status (STAT2)
- Company Code (BUKRS),
- Personnel Area (WERKS)
- Payroll Area (ABKRS)
- Employee Group (PERSG)
- Employee Subgroup (PERSK)
- This checkbox is not set as default. If you choose to report the retroactive notifications and check the corresponding checkbox, ALL retroactive notification records in table T5N1T with status 'Not Sent' are processed.
- If you choose to report the retroactive notifications and check the checkbox, ONLY those retroactive notifications are processed in table T5N1T with status 'Not Sent' that ALSO satisfy the selection of the above parameters.

Use
Test mode for update of "Status Retroactive NSI Record" indicates whether the status of the data record will be changed from "Created/Not Sent" (Status '0' or '3') to "Sent" (Status '1' or '4') or "Contains Errors" (Status '2' or '5').
The program for the GAK NSI Notifications (RPCMBVN0) will only change the status of those data records in tableT5N1T that are actually written to the NSI tape. The status will change from '0' to'1' or '2'.
The program for the CADANS NSI Notifications (RPCCDSN0) will only change the status of those data records in tabel T5N1T that are actually written to the NSI tape. The status will change from '3' to'4' or '5'.

If you select this field, only all records relating to social insurances will be converted, i.e. SI scheme [SV-tak] = {'1' (Health Law or Sickness Benefits act [Ziektewet]), '2' (Unemployment Insurance Act [Werkloosheidswet]), '3' (Occupational Disability Insurance Act [Wet Arbeids Ongeschiktheid], '4' (Compusory Health Insurance Act [Ziekenfondswet])} .
If you do NOT select this field, then the records relating to the additional SI schemes will ALSO be converted.

If the 'for-period' is chosen, periods can be selected for which a wage return is submitted.
Procedure
If you wish to select data on the basis of 'for-period', select this option and then select the periods from which you wish to see data.

If 'for-period' is chosen, based on 2006 and period 1, all wage return data is displayed which have been created for this period.

If 'in-period' is chosen, based on 2006 and period 1, all wage return data is displayed which has been created for this period. This may be the wage return for 2006 period 1, or an adjustment for 2005 period 12 which was created in 2006 period 1.

Use
As of 01.01.2004 the employer's role in the procedure covering the registration and deregistration of employees covered by compulsory health insurance will change. In most cases an employer insurance statement will no longer be required. If an employee exceeds the income threshold or takes unpaid leave, this must be passed on.
Procedure
Selecting this field ensures that the insurance statement is only generated in cases where an employee exceeds the income threshold or takes unpaid leave. If this field is not selected the system will generate insurance statements for all employees.

If you select the field Print explanatory notes, a number of explanatory notes are included in the output of the report Annual Statement Employee (RPCJWNN0) for every employee. The explanatory notes are printed on a separate page and refer to the individual sections on the form.

Use
This checkbox can be used to import data from table T5N1T (NSI: Created Data Records) in order to dispatch the NSI notifications with retroactive effect to the executive authority. Subsequently, in connection with the test mode field (INITIAL), a different status is assigned to the imported records to prevent them from being dispatched more than once.
Procedure
If the field is selected the records are imported from the table into the record.
Examples
If an employee does not have a SoFi number when hired he will not be added to the NSI file. If the SoFi number is entered in infotype Fiscal Data NL (0060) with retroactive effect a record will be created in table T5N1T (NSI: Created Data Records). When the program is run the registration will be backdated in the file and dispatched.

By selecting this field the NSI notifications are read retroactively in table NSI: Created Data Records (T5N1T) without changing the status of the records.
