Definition
This field is used to determine the output of the code for primary insurance cover.
The validity of the primary insurance cover/capacity of the insured is determined for each position in the field. Every position must be filled with a '0' (not applicable) or a '1' (applicable).
The following primary insurance cover/capacities are specified:
position 1: Employment Contract
position 2: Family relationship with owner (--> capacity)
position 3: Contracting of work
position 4: Worker on temporary loan
position 5: Previous owner (--> capacity)
position 6: Outworker
position 7: Sheltered Employment Act employee
position 8: Musician/artist (entertainer)
position 9: Standby/stand-in worker (--> capacity)
position 10: Director/large stockholder (--> capacity)
position 11: Trainee
position 12: Representative
position 13: National serviceman (no longer applicable)
position 14: Employee in gainful employment
position 15: Unpaid leave
