Definition
The CAO indicator or pay scale indicator represents the collective agreement to which the employee belongs. The indicator is used in the Social Insurance Notification [Melding sociale verzekering (MSV)] as well as the CBS survey for salary administrations [CBS-uitvraag salarisadministraties].
