Documentation
This is where you specify the percentage that corresponds to the employer's share in the employee contribution. Contributions are first calculated according to all parameters applicable to the eployer and the employee, after which the percentage specified is transferred from the employee to the employer.
If you enter a negative percentage in this field part of the employer contribution is transferred to the employee.
