Definition
In this field you can indicate that the employee concerned is entitled to premium reduction based on the fact that the employee was disabled [arbeidsgehandicapte] when hired (3 years premium reduction), or returned to work for the same employer after becoming disabled (1 year premium reduction).
The values "3 Hired with Wage < 50% Legal Minimum Wage" and "4 Return to Work with Wage < 50% Legal Minimum Wage" currently only apply to employees who fall under UWV-USZO (benefits agency for the public service and education sector).
