Responsible Chamber of Labor
Use
For record types 03 (deregistration), 05 (registration of occasionally employed) and 06 (change to SI-related data) the field should be maintained if the Chamber of Labor contribution is flagged as '1' (yes) for an employee in infotype Social Insurance A (IT0044).
For record type 06 (change to SI-related data) the change reason must be 42 (fund key for secondary contributions) because otherwise the fund key is empty and the Chamber of Labor change is not sent to ELDA (electronic data transfer).
