This field is set if a data record was not processed in the monthly contribution status because of different percentages. This is the case if the employee has a different percentage for a social insurance contribution (or secondary contribution) than the employees who were processed beforehand. It is assumed that the same percentage record must applied for the same contribution type for all employees. Therefore the user must decide on the selection screen which employees are reported to the BVA. As it is not possible to decide in report RPCSVBA2PBS which percentage is correct, only the employees who have the same contribution rate sequentially in all contributions are reported (consecutively). As soon as differences occur, the data records are no longer reported.
