Definition
Absence relating to flat-rate side charge bonuses on the last day of the month before last.
Use
The system checks whether there is a FRSC-relevant absence on the last day of the month before last.
Example
If the notice period is one month and one day, the system checks whether there was a FRSC-relevant absence for the employee on the last day of the month before last, in addition to the employee's absence in the previous month.
