Definition
Indicator for absence types
Use
You use this indicator to define the way in which the absence type influences the payment of flat-rate side charge bonuses.
The values have the following meanings:
- Absence type not related to flat-rate side charge bonus absences
Flat-rate side charge bonuses are not influenced by an absence of this type and continue to be paid in full. - Absence is a flat-rate side charge bonus-relevant absence
This absence type influences the calculation (discontinuation or factoring) of the flat-rate side charge bonuses. If you enter an absence type with this indicator in the system, the period for flat-rate side charge bonus-relevant absence counts if the absence type occurs. - Absence causes setting of FRSCB
This absence type is a FRSCB-relevant absence. If an absence of this type occurs at the very end of all FRSCB absences and the notice period has been exceeded, flat-rate side charge bonuses are set. - Absence causes factoring
This absence type is a FRSCB-relevant absence. If an absence of this type occurs at the very end of all FRSCB absences and the notice period has been exceeded, flat-rate side charge bonuses are factored accordingly.
Note
The value Absence Type Not FRSCB-Relevant Absence is set as the SAP default.
