Definition
Here, you store the second part of the deceased's social insurance number.
The 10-character social insurance number comprises the following:
XXXX YYYYYY
The first part of the number (XXXX) is a sequential number. The last digit is checked using a checksum method (modulo 11 method). The second part (YYYYYY) is the employee's date of birth (in the format DDMMYY).
Maintenance per record type
- For record type 50 (Pensioner Registration), you must enter the deceased's social insurance number, if registration was due to a death.
- For record type 52 (Pensioner Change Notification), you must only enter the deceased's social insurance number if it needs to be corrected.
